I have been doing business with Coggin Honda since 1986 and have usually been pleased with their service. However in the last year or so I feel the service writers are trying to "sell" more service than may be needed. I am beginning to feel pressured into buying more procedures than are necessary. Among other things were wheel alignment, transmission service, and various filters. At times it borders on "scare" tactics. I am afraid that if this continues, I may have to look elsewhere for services.

As previously the service professional, Rafael Salcedo, was very helpful and explained all my car needs. He takes good care of you. I had good experience buying my car there a few years back and always have good service when I bring my car in for servicing.

I love the car! but hate the smell! I purchased a Honda Civic that had been leased, Apparently it was leased to a smoker and put for sale without removing the odor. As a non smoker this will not do. The car was brought back within 24 hrs and supposedly a treatment was done, when I picked up the car a scented gel container was in the car to mask the odor, it still smells! The upholstery was never cleaned of the nicotine, which will hold the odor. I am going to attempt again to get this resolved as I've only had the car a few ... read more
