Don't take your car here to get service done. They have the worst customer service manager ever but I guess that's how Honda wants to be known now. They don't do the work that they say they do. I showed the service order they gave me, to another Honda service center and they told me that they never heard of what theses guys worked on and when I went back to talk to the service manager of this place to find out what's going on, he ended up being rudest person on earth, I asked him to show me what they had done to my car and h... read more

Was able to make an appointment within one day no waiting. The staff was professional and friendly. Answered all my question before serving my Accord. Very surprised that I really didn't have to wait long at all. The facility was clean and having wifi made all the difference. If you are looking to take your Honda to a dealer look no more you won't be disappointed

With no appointment, took my car in and serviced it for warranty on tires. Rafael polite and to the point; Didn’t try to up-sell services and gave full explanation of what was/was not needed, etc; polite staff, clean waiting area and restroom; free coffee and snacks, tv and newspapers and other reading material-overall: a pleasant experience.

Walked into Coggin Honda of Ft Pierce, was greeted by sales associate Derric Jetter, who made the first timer buying Experience excellent. At the end of it all the process, I drove off with my brand new 2017 Civic.
Went in for service on my 2007 Honda Fit. It needed the oil change, fluid changes and some work underneath the car. The service was quick and expedited. It just seems that every time I go in they come up with recommendations for $400+ in service or repairs. It appears one of the radiator fans is only working intermittently, and they did offer a discount on the repair-still considering it as the car has 120K miles and a lot of them are hard miles...
Derrick Jetter is a phenomenal person. Very professional and knowledgeable. Audrey was also professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
I highly recommend John Colarte. He was absolutely amazing, friendly and super knowledgeable about the business. He went above and beyond to make my deal happen. If you in a search for a car you need to go see him, he will find you what you need and what you want! Very happy customer and I will be back!!
