I learned how to hand grind my own coffee beans. Had a lesson in French presses and how to use/clean them and to make my coffee as best it can be. Very friendly, knowledgeable, kind and lovely people.
The Lone Star blend is my favorite coffee ever and I make a point to come here and buy whole beans when I'm in the area. The staff are so kind and helpful and give me lots of samples! It's worth driving through the traffic. Go check them out!
If you want to be educated on coffee, this is the place to come to. Tasting the differences in brewing methods, and trying different blends is quite the experience. Everyone is very knowledgable and will guide you to exactly the right coffee that you want. Seriously, once you have coffee here (or get beans here and brew at home), you won't want any other.
