Good coffee from generally helpful people. It was an acceptable Kalita. I only write reviews on coffee places with product I consider Good. That said, of the 100+ pour over places I've been to coast to coast, TCT was above average.
I was visiting from Boston for the Levitation Festival which got cancelled. But, your guys were near the Scoot show so I stopped in for coffee and came out with 2 lbs. I am drinking my Lone Star blend this morning and it is so delicious. Your coffee is the perfect taste of Texas to take home.
This is the source of the number one best coffee in the country far as I can tell. What I buy here and brew up at home rivals and exceeds what I can get at Philz Coffee Shop Mission Bay San Francisco

They were out of my usual Gato Negro. I was so bummed out :( So I asked for advise on something similar. After huddling their heads together they came to an agreement that a combination of Victory and Rwanda Dark would be best. No doubt about it. I'm enjoying a beautiful cup of coffee that I just can't describe. Thanks everyone. ☕️
