The replacement of my dishwasher could not have gone smoother. I really appreciate having your maintenance person coming to look at it quickly and the next day I had a very nice brand new one installed. He is a great guy and his actions were very professional and it couldn't have gone e smoother. I love living here. I'm starting my 2nd year.
Workout area disinfectant wipes are always dry so have to wet them from the bathroom. I know all the buildings are connected but I smell weed some days when I come home. I do enjoy my apartment and it’s quiet at night. The parking lot stays clean not very many places to park after 6pm by my apartment building.

I am so glad a chose The Park at Coffee Creek. The office staff is amazing. I have had a few small maintenance things that were resolved quickly. It is quiet and peaceful. The only thing is I wish the dog park was a little bigger with some shade. That is my small recommendation! I love it here. This has created the peace I needed and is a fantastic place to live !
