RecommendedI have lived in this community over a year. I really enjoy living in the mountain side! Great Views, Pool and Gym facilities are really nice to spend time in. I can say this place is one of a kind. Great staff members,always friendly,Laura has put up a great team!! Best place to live in West El Paso!!

Worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. Do yourself a favor and just pass Park at Coulter if you’re looking for a place to live in Amarillo. Read the google reviews and I promise you, every negative review has truth to it. They look nice at face value but every single other thing about the complex is trash (literally) and that includes the management and maintenance. The ONLY decent thing about the place is it’s location.

I have lived at your property for 8 years and this week a neighbors pipe busted. I have been living with Wet, Mildew, and Molded Carpet’s for the past 72 hours. I have 2 children under 10 with Severe Allergies and Asthma. Today your property manager told me there was nothing she could do about and we just had to stay there until it dried. If it wasn’t dry by Monday, then I still could not get NEW carpet. I have a fan blowing 24hours since Tuesday night. Recommendedbeautiful area nice setting awesome people in the office! neighbors are all real nice! or at least the ones that I've met so far. love not having to fight for a parking spot! love the fact that 430 is so easily accessible! apartment was very clean smelled brand new. no issues no complaints! did I mention I love this place? lol. I'm so glad I chose Lexington Park to call my home! p.s. good luck getting me to move! 💪😏
