Well first let's just start off by saying I am very pleased out how the Office staff made us feel welcome. They was very polite and friendly to us upon arrival and during our lease in. I would say this would be the BEST COMPLEX IN OWASSO BY FAR. The maintenance and grounds staff do a amazing job with getting apartments ready,fast on work orders and keeping this community looking top notch. I love it here. The office staff and maintenance are great. It's a very quiet place to live and the grounds are always kept clean.
This would be the perfect apt community I would love to live in.
Worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. Case and associates refused to return my calls. They knew they were in the wrong.
Best apartment complex I've lived in. I work 12+ hours a day at a refinery and getting sleep at night is a big deal. I have not had a single issue with noise at all. Everything is kept in top notch shape! Very nice appliances, cabinets and counter tops! They really did a good job at making it look and feel more like a home than apartment. Staff and the manager kelley here are awesome and great!
