The staff was very nice, quick to get us back and we where seen right away.
Wonderful, clean, and modern facility. Had to take my daughter in for an ear infection. Everyone was very friendly, and our doctor was outgoing, and very kind with my daughter. We were in and out in a short amount of time, which is much appreciated when you have a child who is under the weather. We are newer to Texas, and there were many options when it came to choosing an urgent care, but I am very happy we ended up choosing Code 3 Urgent Care.
On the recommendation of my friend, Bebbian Seiler, I brought my daughter here when she broke her arm. There was no wait; everyone was well informed, courteous, attentive, and helpful; everything Dr. Katan told us was borne out by the orthopedic specialist we saw later. The x-ray technician was very gentle and helped my daughter position her arm for the x-rays because she couldn't move it. Everyone was so nice and catering to my every need. I would go there again and recommend it to everyone I know. No waiting and I was triaged and treated seconds as I was wheelchaired in.
This is the BEST Urgent Care facility I've been to. The staff was ultra friendly and attentive to my needs. I was taken to the back immediately after filling out some paperwork. I didn't have a long wait, unlike other places. I was placed in a room and the doctor and nurse were there within minutes. Their priority was to get me feeling better and I felt like I was in good hands. The staff was super nice and informative. It was a quick visit. I would recommend this place.
doctor pintu provided excellent care today even though what i presented turned out to not be ultra serious. Main thing i got from them is that no matter what i think if i am not feeling well get in to see them and they will take great care of me. If you are in the Dallas area i highly recommend them. They also kept me well informed of everything and did no treat me like i could not understand what is going on. I mean I do have a MBA and can follow what is going on. Once agin thank for the incredible care.
