So fast, nice staff, and clean facility! Very good for my first ever medical experience in TX.
Two Saturdays ago, my 2 year old son split open his left ear. It was gruesome. I was on my way to the Children's ER and I stopped by here on a whim to see if they could take care of him. I was a little nervous, but I shouldn't have been. From the front desk staff to the nurses to the doctor, everyone did a GREAT job helping us out. I was obviously freaked out by the situation. Absolutely wish this place could be my regular physicians office. Came in with a suspected case of strep. Nurses tag teamed me to speed up the check in and the doctor was in before they even finished. I loved that Dr De Moor listened, examined, and didn't order unnecessary tests. Se allowed me to be an active participant in my health care protocol, taking my preferences into consideration. Best part of all.... I walked in and walked out in 23 min. This was my best experience every with urgent care! All of the staff were kind, caring, prompt, and genuine! I would highly recommend this facility! I wish they were in Oklahoma!
