RecommendedI have been twice - once for myself and another time for my daughter. Both times every single staff member goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and taken care of. Nikki and Jamie were especially sweet and helpful and went out of their way multiple times to make my four year old comfortable!

I had to go in today and was referred by a lot of Carrollton people. I easily made my appointment online. I walked in and was greeted right away. I was signed in and didn’t even sit down no more then 5 mins and I was already in the back. The nurse and the dr were very friendly and listened even the Nurse and me joked around a little. I used CareNow in the past but never given the friendliness I received from here so this will be my new Urgent Care needs in the future. Thank you for the great experience.
Had a comforting experience with the staff and my teen daughter. Although her veins hide, the staff was extremely attentive and calming during a normally stressful time.
