An amazing place that you can call home I have been living here for 2 years. I think Coda is the nicest place to live in Pittsburgh. The location and the amenities of the building are unique. The manager, Karie, and her team are amazing, and they take care of everything in no time. They also are very friendly and professional at the same time. I enjoy living here so much!
Rent is super expensive when extend yet the service is awful My daughter studied at CMU and she has been living in this place for nearly two years. The rent became incredibly high and unreasonable when she extended the lease. Also, her experience with the leasing office is very bad. Their attitudes are arrogant and mean. If you encounter any problem, all they will do is blaming on the tenant. Moreover, my daughter’s unit has a leaking problem since last Nov.
