I purchased a 2017 Hyundai Elantra from Cocoa Hyundai this past month. I purchased it from Johnny who was the most informed and pleasant young man. The business department worked with me as well finding me the best possible rate for the loan of my car. I love my new car as this is my second Elantra that I have purchased from Cocoa Hyundai. I look forward to my third purchase from them as well.

Me and my girlfriend got our 2013 Hyundai Veloster turbo at cocoa Hyundai. We're more then happy with the help We got with Carlos, and the rest of the staff. We traveled all the way from Panama City beach fl, around a 400 mile trip, they picked us up from the airport, stayed open late for us for my flight to arrive, and helped us through the whole process. Overall happy, would recommend this dealership to anyone.

They get you in the door say they can put you in a new car don't bother to look at your income don't bother to do a credit check first, and then after an hour and a half of sitting there they want you to try and find a cosigner. Been trying to get into a newer Hyundai for a year now and keep getting turned away. My poor daughter is in the same year Hyundai, and they roped her into a six year loan at over $300 a month, gave her a 12% interest rate even though she had a cosigner, and no bank will help her refinance because she... read more

I am sorry we could not get you approved for a new Hyundai. The reason we do not do a Credit Inquiry first, is because it does not make sense to submit your personal information out to lenders if you do not at least find a car that you like. As far as your daughters loan is concerned, I am not certain she purchased the car from us, however the rate that she qualified for from a lender is something that we (or the place she purchased from) do not control, the lender decides what rate someone qualifies for.
