I am giving you a 2 because I came in there to get a recall done on my Sonata and the guy behind the desk said rudely "do you have an appointment " I said no then he rolled his eyes and say "we can't help you" so I went on to the front to take care of something else and when I was walking out I told him thanks for the bad morning and I will never deal with the service department again when I go to trade me Sonata in it won't be here and I left
