Just drove away yesterday with my 2017 Santa Fe Sport and could not be happier with the vehicle or the service I received. Everyone was so nice and I am madly in love with my new car. So, made my appointment for an oil change on line, get to dealership earlier than my appointment and ask for a ride to work. "Our guy just left won't be back in time to get you to work" I ask is there anyone else that can drive me to work? (It's not like they don't have a car available) No, no one available. Do you have a loner? No. We can reschedule your appointment. Wow so Cocoa Hyundai wants the customer to make an appointment that is more convenient for them and not the customer.
