I do appreciate that this is a veterinarian owned practice, but that doesn’t mean I can excuse a lower standard of care. On our first visit they did not take a comprehensive health history, the only questions we were asked were what vaccines she was getting and if our cat was spayed, the physical exam lasted a total of ten seconds, the vet did not check her teeth, and after her vaccines they did not give any of the necessary warnings of possible side effects to watch out for. They are so kind and helpful. I take my senior cats there and it is always a wonderful experience.
This is a friendly, warm, and highly professional clinic. I’m very grateful for the help from the veterinarians and staff. For reasons I still don’t understand, during the last week before departure I was unable to get an appointment with the veterinary clinic I had always worked with. I urgently needed a clinic to help complete the IHC (International Health Certificate) paperwork and perform the final pre-departure check for my cat. Love the staff here and also that they are vet-owned and not corporate. The office manager Faith has been so accommodating with getting appointments.
1000% love this VET!!! They were super friendly, got my sick Frenchie in quickly and listened !!! Then developed a sound care plan that we all agreed to!!! So very thankful!
