I had a very disappointing experience at this location. When I walked in, I was not acknowledged, even though I noticed every other customer being greeted. The service I received was poor — when my items were placed in a box, I was told to move them around myself so the icing wouldn’t smear, and I was even left to close the box on my own. The staff member’s name tag said Lucy. Based on how differently I was treated compared to others, I felt I was not treated fairly, possibly because I am a person of colour. A very warm and welcoming environment. The servers have very good product knowledge and will go above and beyond to help make their customers feel appreciated..often times they'll give you a sample of something you haven't tried yet. I recently moved to this area and was pleasantly surprised by how warmly I was welcomed. The products were incredibly fresh, but what impressed me the most was the excellent service. A special thank you to the staff member (I don’t know his name) who greeted me and my daughter with such a big smile around noon. Truly a wonderful experience!
