I’ve been a long-time customer of Cobbs Bread and have purchased their products across Ontario. I’ve consistently experienced warm customer service and excellent quality—until my recent visits to this location. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve experienced poor service here. Great buns and pastries. Fast and friendly customer service.
Drove from far since the downtown location closed down.. Just to arrive to black sourdough bread. Clearly the staff at this location don't know how to make bread and don't remake batches they screw up on. Pure waste of time and gas. Better off finding a Bakery downtown than driving to this cobs to match the bread you were used to.
Everything you expect in a COBS, great bread you don’t need to feel guilty about eating! Scones for days. If you haven’t been go!
everything I’ve tried from here has been consistently dry and lacking flavour. The edgy gen z staff here are so awkward to speak to. Keep rushing you to order. Just walked in..relax. How about just “Hello. Welcome to Cobs” and then let ppl look around.
