I am a disappointed customer. The Cobb's bakery in Aurora is inconsistent with their practices. The one shorter fellow is rude, dismissive and could care less about customer satisfaction. One customer receives a free item on their birthday and my wife who has a registered account is then told on her birthday the next day we no longer do this. When I enquired about the response the shorter fellow basically said there is nothing he can do about this. Great customer service?!
Ordered bread for my daughters baby shower. We were told it would be ready on that day early. Because thier bakers start at 5 am when we got there at 8am we were told the bread didn’t turn out and they throw it out. We ordered 3 weeks in advance they didn’t even think to phone us that day. We went to 3 other stores and ended up with frozen bread. The young kids that worked there didn’t even apologize for not calling us. Very disappointed. Don’t trust this store for a preorder
