Rented from these people for over a year. They were helpful and courteous. December of 2015 we received a notice that they Cobb's was "under new management." The "new management" informed us that our monthly rent was being increased by 33% plus an addition $9 a month for insurance. We advised the "new management" that our homeowner's policy covered items in storage. They rudely insisted that we "prove it."
