This place is horrible,water is always off, garbage piles up and proud racist people everywhere
maintenance takes forever and the trash is always overflowing
My family and I are moving to Cape Coral because we bought a home. We are all going to miss this place. The location the nice people and the office staff along with the maintenance crew have been wonderful. They really went above and beyond for myself and my family. I remember when my daughter forgot her key and they made sure she got in safely, you certainly can't put a price on that. The neighbors are very nice and the view of the lake is absolutely breathtaking over a cup of coffee in the morning.

Cobblestone on the Lake has been great so far. My neighbors are friendly and the property is beautiful. I have called management a few times over maintenance issues and they attend to it right away. They are extremely helpful and communicative. It is a really great place to live! Reviews are opinions, and everyone will have different ones.
