I've been a member of Cobblestone's Ultimate Monthly Pass for a couple of months now and thought it was rather pricey, so before canceling it, I thought I would get an oil change to take advantage of the discount members receive. Great place!! Took my car in for an oil change and a wash. I was amazed how clean it was. Got all the cracks where it was hard to reach. Great customer service and the manager AL was very helpful. Found a new spot for my car to get washed and i am very picky lol.
Their machine ripped a body panel off my car. The manage said it was not their problem. Left multiple messages via email no response. Big ol scam
Service was great and fast. I got a full body massage in there awesome chairs. $1 for 5 minutes. My cat was done before my massage was. And I gave a nice tip cause its the best job I've seen on my car. Perfect job guys, thanks. .service was friendly. I totally recommend it. Money well spent. .
I had another hand car wash at this location. It's frustrating to ask the attendant to please blow out all the drips from the windows, doors, bumpers and grills, and redo windows and spotted side mirrors after taking my claim ticket. After leaving the lot, long streaks across the front and back windows are visible. The running boards hadn't been wiped down and the sun roof glass hadn't been touched. I'm disappoined with my experiences here. I expect a quality job and clean windows, especially with a hand car wash.
