This auto spa is one the best. Very friendly, clean and just well worth the money. They have implemented some great Covid-19 protections. I am always impressed.
Came here for an oil change. Was quoted $71.99 “since you need synthetic” and I agreed. Expected the full service I am paying for. Instead, he asked me if everything looked good and marked as “checked-ok” in the system before they even pulled it in. They refused to do the tire rotation as well. We told him it’s on the ad, he said he didn’t know that. We told him to check the giant fricken sign that is pasted to their windows. See the photo. Please dont waste your time or money with this estblaishment. Always disappointing. Fyi; employee who checks in guest, not exactly front pasture material.
I do, but today I was very disappointed. they did a terrible job wiping down the insides and out sides. the supervisor and myself had to finish wiping the sides down, I wiped the out sides down at home.
trash not taken out of vehicle. my air freshness smell never came w my car wash when I did ask for one. they used the same rag that was used on the floor board for the dashboards and side doors. what the hey. not happy. gonna be a long while before I come back to this place.
They do a great job, most of the time, sometimes not so great . . . . Monthly pass is a good value and makes frequent washes less of a hassle. Wish they had a Family Plan, to allow more vehicles, with less frequency.
