They failed to clean the cargo area of my SUV. I sent them a picture of the muddy area and never received a response. Very poor customer service to match the poor quality of their work.
I have no complaints about my car but I spent close to 35mins waiting omg. Hopefully that can get a little faster. They need to have more people wiping down the cars rather than just leaving it too 2 people
This place is horrible took car to get buffed looked great when we left next morning it was all scratched up all they could say was I don't know what you did when you got home. Nothing like taking advantage of the elderly $170.00 later
Been going here for years. They always did a great job until shortly before the name change. I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt that they would get back to where they once were. Hasn't happened, so no more Cobblestone for me. I'm tired of tires half dressed, rims left filthy, windows streaky or completely forgotten about and half effort vacuuming. Goodbye Cobblestone.
Amazing place. Very quick and easy. Way better than other places I have used. I wash my 300c there DAILY. She looks great 👍🏼
