RecommendedI’ve lived here for 5 years and needed to move to a downstairs apartment. Gabrielle made that happen and made it easy and quick. The only thing she didn’t do was help physically move me and she might have done that if I had asked her to. The only negative thing I have to say about the apartments is that parking can be hard to find by my apartment at certain times.
The staff are Very wondeful and even some *if not all* of the renters here are also quite kind. My lease is com ing up soon and I am hoping to negotiate my rent. TBD
the office staff is very nice Andy was great helping me to get my apartment. The maintenance is done in a timely manner.
I lived at cobblestone 3 and a 1/2 years the staff was always quick to respond to any maintenance issue and always so nice if they had three bedrooms I would still live there!
The whole atmosphere is wonderful the workers are fabulous the staff are fabulous the poles are fabulous come and go right next-door Dollar General right across the street hideaway pizza within walking distance Magoos within walking distance is actually great place to live Forgot to mention lived here a year in a month and just signed a new lease for six months so yeah we’re pleased with this place we have been all bills one bedroom apartment that is perfect for a married couple like me and my wife
I've lived here little over a year and I have had no problems!! The staff are always pleasant and very helpful with questions and answers. Maintenance does a really excellent job in keeping the grounds nice and neat!! The residents of Cobblestone are awesome I've never had no problems or issues out of no one!! I can honestly say I've never had no problems with roaches or rats as well as bed bugs!! Cobblestone is a great place to stay and an wonderful environment!!
I have just renew my lease for another year. I’ve lived here two years already. the staff is always on point and the maintenance staff always get the job done. I love the location, everything is close by. My fur babies love it here!!! I truly recommend Cobblestone Apartments.
I have lived here for over a year and have had very good experiences with the office staff and other residents.
Before I moved here I was worried because all the reviews weren't so great. I haven't had any issues here. No roaches and anytime I need something done they are right on it. Keep it up guys you are doing great! Also it is pretty quiet for the most part.
