I woul like to thank Ms. Rathena. She is so professional and generous. She takes time to listen customers about the specific situations and proveid help when some one need it. I used to work here as a member care rep doing the job in 3 languages; no pay differential for doing the job in multiple languages, unequal treatment of employees depending on their ethnicity, breathing of over the shoulder by LB, everything certain reps do always seems to slip through the cracks, but god forbid you a minority makes a mistake and you will be called out on it and have to call the member back to correct yourself, something certain reps of a certain ethnicity don't have to do.
