Stayed at the Caribe, and actually ate there 2 days in a row. The food was absolutely incredible, and the service was great as well. Will go back for sure.

Definitely worth it! Expected a wait. Was able to pass the time by the outside bar taking in the scenery! Everything was awesome! Drinks, food and our server of course, Oleg! Thank you!
The food is great but the wait is ridiculously long.... this was our over 10th visit and the normal 2+ hours wait BUT with tables available throughout the restaurant empty. Assuming lack of wait staff?
This was our first visit to Orange Beach, and went to Cobalt with friends who had been there before. It was amazing!!!! Mahi mahi with mango salsa, Creme brûlée. We definitely will be back!!
Super crowded so expect to wait, especially on a Friday night! We killed time by sitting out near the bar and the server kept on using the excuse "you have to go inside to get the full Colbalt experience." Personally I think that's an excuse not to do your best. Our server also looked like he really didn't want to be there. So beware, if you sit out by the bar, you "May not get the full cobalt experience."
Great food and great atmosphere! Would definitely recommend.
Cobalt is always amazing! It can be a long wait sometimes, but well worth the wait! The tuna and avocado stack is the best!
