We are at Cobalt’s about once a week. It’s one of our absolute favorite places to go. The food is consistently delicious!!! However, there’s also one consistent frustration. We enjoy trying different & local craft beers. The servers NEVER know what is on tap. I ask every single time. They always know yuengling because it’s on the happy hour menu & occasionally they will name a brewery but not what beer from the brewery.
We had the firecracker shrimp, was excellent! Look forward to dining here every time we visit! Great atmosphere! We also enjoy the yummy cookies & cupcakes for takeout!
Amazing food and breath taking views! The Firecracker shrimp is the best along with the Cobalt pizza!
The food was great! My order was mixed up, however the waitress didn’t hesitate in rectifying the issue. She quickly had oysters and shrimp reordered and on my table in no time. I was full, but couldn’t stop eating.
Amazing place. Crab Bisque Soup was outstanding. Will have dinner there on our anniversary.
I called about two weeks prior to coming to reserve an area for us after my daughters wedding. Was told sure we will be glad to reserve a place, asked how large our party was and we thought everything was set. Showed up 2/17/18 right on time like I was told on phone and no reservation was there. Was told wait time would be at least one and half hour. Tried to speak to head management and kept getting the run around. We left and will not be back!
Wow never going back to cobalt in orange beach I can understand not seating us inside while coming off the jet skis in a t shirt and no shoes but why not let us sit outside. They said they are a “fine dining” establishment while their severs are wearing a t shirt and shorts! My money is just as green as those snow birds in fancy cloths and can guarantee you I would tip better too. We are locals and just wanted to come and eat. YOU ARE ON THE BEACH I DONT UNDERSTAND!
What an awesome place. The views were amazing!!! The Cobalt Burger was one of the best burgers I’ve had. Great service as well. It’s a must see location.
