We truly love the food and atmosphere but having to wait hours as tables sit empty is complete garbage!! Not sure how you can run an establishment without enough servers and making guests wait is ridiculous!! I mean you didn’t know that y’all would be packed from the minute you opened on Fathers Day?!?!

Beautiful view, crab bisque was good, salad was decent but the chef special (mahi mahi) was ok. I would go back but order something different.
Oysters on the half shell best around. Atmosphere is fabulous.

We had a group of 26 that they were able to accommodate quickly (no reservations taken) and efficiently. The service and food were AMAZING!! They were on it. The swordfish was spectacular. Thanks SO much!
Love to go to Cobalts! Best food and service hands down!! We always enjoy going there! Everyone should go at least once promise you will love it too!!
