Great food and service. There was a long wait to be seated, and our food took a long time to come out, but it was worth the wait and our waiter, Billy, took good care of us. We will definitely keep Cobalt on our list.
We had a wonderful romantic evening out! Atmosphere was awesome. Drinks were amazing and our server Mike could not have been any better! Great service! I am definately looking forward to coming back :)
Great service, friendly, outgoing staff, amazing food. Location was great, got to see a beautiful sunset. Bartender, Monica, is amazing. Drinks were perfect.
Well, the food looked amazing!! Key word-\-\ looked! We will never know. Too bad the hostess was so vague and then so totally wrong about our "wait time"!! Seriously, how do you go from 1 hr and 1/2 to you have two tables in front of you, then to 1 waiting, to "still may be 45 min to an hour" after waiting an hour and 1/2? Sure the weather ruined outside seating, but we were in line way before the storm. It just stinks! This place is absolutely amazing. From the wait, to the service, and most importantly the food! I can't wait to come back. Highly, highly recommended!
This place is absolutely phenomenal. I ate from 5 different plates on the table and EVERYTHING was astounding. Will literally eat here every single time I come down to gulf shores. Probably my favorite place to eat to date.
Serving staff had horrible attitude and actually yelled at customers claiming that "too many people need too many things all at the same time." Poor service and plenty of seating with 45 min wait. Nonsense.
Delicious food and a fantastic atmosphere right on the water.
Just had amazing service from Thomas at Cobalt and delicious banana pudding (with homemade wafers and toasted marshmallows). Worth a visit, go at sunset and watch the boats go by as the sun gives a great backdrop.
