Made an appointment today for Monday. Guy who answered the phone checked the schedule, said Monday is fine. Bring in at 830 or the night before. About 2 hours later a lady phoned and said the guy who scheduled me didn't know how to do it and they are actually booked through 7/23. Why would I take my car there now? If they can't book appointments correctly, what will they do to my car??

I live in Boardman and will drive the extra couple of minutes to Austintown to get my car washed here. The people are always so nice and helpful. They also do the best job out of any car wash I’ve been to.
