Went there in the morning and they did an awful job. I ended up getting the dirt off the car myself with the black towels. totally disappointing

my car came out dirty. from wheels, spoiler, both bumpers, interior, seats and floors were still dirty! Disgusting! totally disgusting! wth?? how do you stay in business? ??

I originally wasn't happy with my service, but I let them know and the owner called me and was genuinely sorry that it wasn't to my liking, and made it right by giving me a gift card to come back and try again. I appreciated his concern and will definitely try again and appreciate the professionalism.

Do not tip here. we do not get it. it goes towards over pay. we do not get it as a tip. it goes toward our wages so the owner does not have to pay out of his pocket.
Absolutely the worst cleaning I've ever experienced. This is the 2nd time they've done this to the tune of $37 each visit. Pretty bad when you have to actually asked them to clean the inside of the car out that you paid for. Never again I'll drive the extra distance to Four Seasons on elm road!
