This is the first mechanic shop I've taken my car to who actually care about the customer. They price check the parts to lower the cost, and this last time my car was in there, they vacuumed and dusted my car down. I will continue to use them and only them for my car repair needs. Took my Car into Coates to get a full detail. I was embarrassed by the condition of my 2016 Ford Flex. I have 2 toddlers so there was candy, milk and many other thing stuck in the carpet. I wasn’t sure how they would be able to get the stains up. I wish I could have shown the before and after photos because the car now looks brand new inside and out. I’ll definitely be coming back. Well worth the cost because I could never have gotten it that clean and it would have taken me all day. Thanks Coates!
I recently this weekend took both our cars to Coates car care on elm rd. THAT IS THE BEST CAR WASH I EVER GOT my car has never been that clean and it was quick and thorough and the young fella s were very nice too . I will def go back and for I believe 8.50 it was awesome. Thnks for your great service . This will def be where I recommend instead of the other drive thru s where the machines do not work and to pull out of their lot u have to dive into large puddles and holes which are full of mud. Great job. Good luck 👍
The guys using brushes really produces a nice job. unlike other carwashes with no brushes that leaves a film left behind on your car.
