You're were suppose to be a local credit union taking care of the community. Instead you're screwing everyone out of work. You keep opening branches throughout the coast to keep bringing in money but the executives can't allot enough money to pay fair standard area wages? And you're bringing in out of area contractors without the opportunity for locals to have a job? Horrible choice of bank!!!
Supporting local working class people is a good practice for a business planning on return support from those same people. Hopefully your hearing the voice of local Carpenters and our concerns with who you choose to support.
If you are a credit union why are you not using union labor for your projects?
Here is big business taking a vantage of the working class again.
There are plenty of other Credit Unions out there that support the communities in which they serve. Do not use @CoastHillsCU...they do not support the working class by paying a livable wage. In fact, their actions suggest they support the opposite.
No not going to do business with a place that turns it’s cheek on the working man trying to make a living
Using contractors that don't pay area standards is a big no no. I will be withdrawing my hard earned money and taking my business elsewhere.
It is unfortunate that CoastHill Credit Union does not see the value of workers getting paid a living wage to support their family. CoastHill is not willing to use responsible contractors.
CoastHills Credit Union does not support our local community. They do not hire contractors that pay area standard wages. I will take my banking business elsewhere.
