Will no longer use this nstitution for my banking needs.
Constantly have issues with the on-line banking. Some update has affected my password, ability to bank on-line, or something else of sorts. Many times I have to answer loads of security questions within short periods of time. To get the issue resolved is another matter all together. It has been 3 days---IT called at 5:08---gee---cant call back----cant make on-line payment---oh---cant even view my account. well here we go again. Found another bank, will be transferring.
HORRIBLE lines and business hours. At one time they were open til 6 mon- thurs and 7 on Friday. Now they all close at 5 and 6 on Friday. They also only have ONE branch open on Saturday so the line is always out the door. They use to have the orcutt location open Saturday's too but not anymore. This bank is a pain in the ass. US bank, here I come.

In 1994 I joined VFCU. FREE checking as long as you had direct deposit. Years go by and a name change to Coasthills, it now cost 7$ a month to have a checking account. Unless u jump through hoops and meet guidelines to have that 7$ waived. Few more years go by, and now every checking account will be TAXED 5.95$!!!!! This us such a horrible change that hurts people, not help anyone. Well it does help those doing the TAXING!!!!
I encourage everybody who banks with coasthills to Contact them and tell them That you do not agree with them Charging $71.40 cents a year for their new super checking. Coasthills is getting rid of super ready checking and changing it to super checking adding some "safety and security features" and charging members 5.95 a month to have the checking account.
