Here we go again... Same old story with CoastHills Credit Union building another project with an non-area standards contractor. We want a responsible contractor that pays into their work insurance and benefits. If anyone is looking to open a bank account don't look here.
Coast Hills Credit Union had a verbal agreement for subcontractors for their New Corporate Headquarters in Santa Maria.....now they are going back on their word, this is going to impact all Local hard working Carpenters just as much as it will impact CoastHills. Shame on you for lying and using Responsible Contractors for budgeting Only then awarding to dirty substandard company!!!
Shame on you for not using contractors that pay area standards I will never use Coast Hills credit union or any other services I will spread the word

SHAME ON HUGH RAFFERTY, CHAIRMAN, KRIS ANDREWS, 1st VICE CHAIRMAN, BRUCE COGGIN, 2nd VICE CHAIRMAN AND THE REST OF the board of directors and supervisory committee for being irresponsible with their duties, how safe is your money, they DO NOT RESPECT THE MIDDLE CLASS WORKING MAN, ALLOWING CONTRACTORS THAT DO NOT PAY AREA STANDARD WAGES TO THEIR CARPENTERS, TO BUILD THEIR NEW FACILITY
Shame on coast hills credit union for exploiting the working people of this country by using contractors that don't pay area standard wages.
Unexceptionable, will not get my business. Repressing local wages of the central coast by awarding new construction contract to low bid contractor that hires inexperienced workers off Craig's list. Sounds like this financial institution should have taken a course on cost. #getwhatyoupayfor #sameworksamepay.
