RecommendedNever had any problems with the mobile app. Easy, simple to use, and my deposits always show up fast. Customer service was friendly and helpful when I needed to change my debit pin.
Absolutely terrible service. Your payments randomly get cancelled and they never know up to date information regarding your account and they try to get you to pay double your regular payment just because. Got multiple rude phone calls saying I need to make a payment when I just made multiple payments just because they didn’t feel like looking at my account. Refinancing my car as soon as possible.

Souless employees. Robotic people who work for a company with zero morals or authenticity. It was brought to my attention that this specific bank made a rash decision to remove all of my friends belongings from what used to be a music/expression venue. $20000 worth of damages to art that was PRICELESS. These are the things money cant buy, and no amount of money can actually replace. You made a very selfish and poor choice in the handling of private property. You have a chance to make it right, don’t waste it.
No care for community whatsoever. They want your money and will do whatever they need to do to take it. There are far better credit unions in the area to choose from.

They deal dishonestly with the community. They misrepresent themselves and their intentions at almost every front. My company had equipment stored in a site that the bank foreclosed on. The bank was informed that the equipment was on site, that we had receipts to prove what was ours, our property was trademarked, and that we were ready to retrieve it at their earliest convenience.
