CoastHills is a joke of a company. They constantly redirect you to the point of no resolution. If you state facts to support your case they will hang up on you. They will fine you and charge you triple payments. Coast hills will rob you, don't bank here.

they never helped during the pandemic, I had a over 700 credit score, still made me get a co signer. my bank told me to look up the collection laws against them, and the dealer I got my truck from was black listed from a military bank, should have listened and not gotten the truck. they make you pay to pay your bill over the phone, they don't take the money out of your account right away. it would just be too long to even continue
Lompoc area telephone customer service department is lacking greatly. It took three weeks and four different customer service reps for me to get a replacement debit card mailed out. And still no one offered to expedite it without an additional charge.

Threatening to take the car away and giving me bad credit! come get your car! your sad and pathetic company! when all the world is helping you are the only one NOT!!! IT MAKES MY STOMACH SICK IN KNOWING I HAVE TO GIVE YOU MONEY!!
Coast Hills has no class! Supporting contractors that pay sub standard wages with no health care or retirement for the hard working people that build their facilities. They made a promise to support a labor force that did just that and went back on their word. DO NOT TRUST COAST HILLS FOR YOUR BANKING NEEDS! #ThatIsSoCoastHills #CantBeTrusted
