When you send a letter, threatening to send an ACTIVE AND ONGOING patient to COLLECTIONS over $43 that they didn't know they owed.... When they pay a copay after every single visit and would gladly pay any balance at their NEXT UPCOMING VISIT, that isn't a very good business practice nor way to establish a good relationship with your patient. Whomever writes and sends these threatening ($43) bills, shame on you ! Looking elsewhere for care.
I won’t go anyplace else! I’ve been coming to them for 15 years! They are the best!
