This appointment was made a month ago for my daughter. My insurance was verified over the phone by the receptionist. (Verifying: confirming whether provider is “in” or “out” of network) When we arrived to the appointment I was told my insurance was not accepted. I let them know this was verified over the phone a month ago. The staff should be well trained in which insurances are accepted without being an inconvenience to the patients.
Very personable staff. I really liked Dr. Fielder too. He made me feel at ease during a routine screening (which can sometimes feel awkward). I would highly recommend them.
Six hours after having Mohs surgery on her cheek done by Dr. Adams my 87 year old Mom is happy and feeling no pain! We are just amazed! Thank you so much to this incredible group!
I had Mohs surgery this morning and I had the best experience. Dr. Adams and his staff were so very nice and funny. I would recommend them to anyone.
The office staff are also pleasant when you come in and greet you, which makes you feel at ease. There has never been more than a 5 minute wait, they run right on time each time I've gone in. All the nurses who have assisted in my care have been pleasant, and answer any questions I may have. Procedures have always been done very professionally and Dr. Kulow is wonderful at making me feel relaxed and eager to answer questions I may have.
