The service department was terrible when I called to schedule service on our Tiffan motorhome. Honestly, I cancelled my appointment after I made it since I mentioned it to my husband and told him of the exchange. Sending an expensive rv to someone you want to know it is being well cared for. If they cannot treat you with respect on the phone then....

We had a fantastic experience with Coastal RV! From making our first appointment to pulling out of the parking lot, we had wonderful service! We appreciated the detailed walk through with Dana the day we brought our TT home. He was thorough, kind, funny and easy to interact with. We bought a Forest River RPod from them today! The entire staff was extremely nice, very informative and helpful. It was a great experience. Now we're "happy campers!"

Sales staff were nice to deal with, but think about it they have to be to sale campers. Bought a used camper 2 weeks ago, and have found some problems. I have contacted them and have been told that someone will call me back, after several attempts I assume that they don’t care after you hook to it. Guess my next call will be to the BBB.
The whole Coastal RV staff, from the sales representatives to the technicians. Very polite and professional. I would highly recommend stopping by if you’re looking for an RV. The whole staff is knowledgeable and awesome.
They were very welcoming and helped us with all of our needs on our new camping journey!
