My experience from start to finish was great. The ordering process was super easy and we were able to do everything over the phone. They kept us updated throughout the process. Delivery was great, they went over the whole trailer and had it cleaned up and ready to go. They went above and beyond my expectations and even helped me install the tow mirrors I purchased. Highly recommend purchasing from Coastal RV!

The communication was good at the dealership and the staff was friendly. Rob and Andy were helpful throughout the process. We only had a couple of hiccups so far. I understand that I bought a used camper and there was some items that were missed that should’ve been addressed before the unit was sold, I had to fix myself. Overall it was a good buying experience and we are excited to use the camper here soon.

We had a great experience with the whole crew at Coastal !! We bought a 2015 unit and did the walk thru and was told about everything and how it worked, we previously had a 32’ pull behind, with a expedition and it felt like pulling a house, with this 28’ pull behind, it pulled easily behind my Ram, thanks to everyone !!

Coastal RV is a nice family owned business and everyone we encountered was very friendly. We went there looking for a certain travel trailer and they helped us find the perfect one! They showed us all the in’s and out’s of how to do everything before we left so we feel comfortable on our own. We are beyond excited for our family adventures! Everyone was extremely helpful and nice, especially Rob. He went out of his way, on multiple occasions, prior to us purchasing the camper. They took their time with us on the walk-thru and answered all our questions. The drive to Coastal RV was well worth it.

We have been very disappointed over the last few months by the lack of customer service that we have received from Sean, the service department manager. There has been no communication when requested repairs were not preformed and he laughed in my husband's face when he expressed concern about the brake failure that occurred when we were towing the trailer with our daughter in the truck.
