Recently had my camper in for a warranty claim on the door. From the start the whole process made me feel as if I was bothering them by bringing my camper there. I didn’t purchase it from them but was told any dealer that carried my brand could do the repair. So, I called and scheduled the repair and was told it was a drop off only appointment. This review is for the service department. The first experience I had there was 5 stars and the second was 1. 1st visit: April 2020. Brought in my camper for a state inspection and some very small suspension maintenance. Everything went smooth, and the work was done very efficiently. 2nd visit: July 2020. Reached out to bring my camper back for some holding tank concerns after a trip we took in early June. We purchased our first RV in May of this year from Coastal RV. We have been traveling for a total of 28 days since then. We called last week and told them we were loving our new lifestyle and were ready to upgrade.
