RecommendedAbsolutely the best experience yet buying any vehicle, and it was 100% virtual!! Rob our sales rep was straight up, honest and friendly. Once we got to the dealership our unit was ready to go, paper was signed and after the walkthrough we were in our way. We’ve had a couple minor things go wrong since the purchase, costal has been right there ready to resolve the issue. Would highly recommend purchasing from Coastal for your next RV, I know we will be back!!
Everything from start to finish was amazing! Vickie was so helpful! We went in knowing what we were looking for and she helped us finalize our decision. There was no sales pressure that we experience with so many other dealers. Any questions we had she answered quickly with an informed response. This was the easiest purchase process ever! I went there looking at something else and ended up not wanting it. The sales staff helped me find exactly what I wanted. Walkthru process on pickup day was very helpful, answered any and all questions. I def recommend Coastal, its worth the drive.
