It can be disheartening reading the reviews about the long wait times. In my experience I’ve been seen within 5 minutes of checking in and never had an issue. It may help to arrive on time, and to make appointments in the morning if possible. It’s very clear how knowledgeable the staff are and it truly feels like they care about my needs. Terrible Billing Department – Beware! Dr. Sachar was great—knowledgeable and kind. The ultrasound technicians were mostly nice, and the front office staff was polite. However, the billing department is an absolute nightmare! When I arrived, I was asked to pay a copay. I specifically asked if they had verified this with both my primary and secondary insurances, and they assured me they had. The waiting time here is horrible , every time I’m here I have to wait for at least 1 hour after my appointment time, please do some time management, I have been to so many other doctor appointments, never had to wait this long, especially considering all the patients waiting are pregnant!
