Her knowledge about every single thing that she shows and is very attentive and response within reasonable time. Makes the stressful experience feel like a complete breeze. I definetly recommend Robin Torres bbecause she knows what she is talking about and is a person of her word.
I have worked with several agents over the past three (3) years while house hunting. I do feel that Robin is the best. She takes time with her customers to get a feel of what it is that you want in a home and her knowledge base has been very impressive. Though my house hunting is not over I believe I have found my real-estate professional. Robin comes highly recommended if you are serious about purchasing a house.
We used Robin on a couple of foreclosure purchases. It took a while in both instances to find the right deal. Her patience and experience in this area was outstanding. We are not investors, just helping our adult children pay less then rent. The process was a learning experience and she helped educate us. Between zillow and Robin's automated email notifications we saw both when they just appeared on the market. Looking at lots of local listings online and some in person is key to being prepared for making a succesful offer.
I was just looking at some homes and I really just wanted information about the homes and Robin helped through every little step. She really knows what she is doing and you can tell. You never have to be anxious for her to reply back because she replies as soon as she reads the message. Robin was very helpful and I recommend her to everyone!
