She blew me off completely, never gave me the time of day after that. I spoke to her about a rental, she wouldn't respond to my phone calls, just texts. I left work early one day to see an apartment and her agent (husband?) wasn't there nor did either one of them respond to my calls or texts again. I bought a house from a keller williams agent in florida, had a positive experience, surprised this experience was so disappointing.

Robin was fantastic in helping us sell our home. It was a short sale, which poses so many more issues for the broker, and providing smaller commissions. This was never an issue for her. She worked very hard for us, and treated us as though we were her only customer all the time.
