He is arrogant, argumentative, and narcissistic. Rather than admit he was wrong, he acted like a child and argued with me. My condition has worsened thanks to his treatments. He never once listened to my symptoms and now it's too late. Beware. Definitely the worst doctor I've seen in my entire life.

Never "too late" for an apology but you prefer to remain anonymous and I have no idea who you are. Dig up a little courage and call me . Discovering where one has gone wrong is very important as to not make the same mistake again.
I called Dr. Bell because of the side affects from Chemo. They saw me the next day. I was very sick and he was wonderful. Took time to explain the problems I was having, and answered every question I had. I have several doctors, all I like very much...he is at the top of my list as very special!
I have been a patient of Dr. Bell for over 4 yrs & all I can say every time I have dealt with him it has been nothing but POSITIVE. His stall is friendly & easy to work with. On my first visit with Dr. Bell, he sat me down in his office and actually took the time to listen to my concerns. There was no feeling of being rushed, or short on time, despite being after 5:00 on a Thursday afternoon. Due to the discomfort I was experiencing and the accompanying anxiety, Dr. Bell scheduled me for an exploratory outpatient procedure the following morning. Dr. Bell was easily accessible following the procedure. He personally contacted me that weekend to check on my status.
The doctor was very professional and took good care of me. I hate this procedure but having a skilled physician like DR. B made it bearable. His process was thorough and efficient and I couldn't be more pleased. The Neil Diamond music wasn't too bad either!!!! Thanks to all!
Dr. Louis Bell is simply put, "the best" He is professional, takes time to listen and answers any question you may have about your procedure. In my opinion, his prep is the best prep that I have done before having a colonoscopy. His staff is top notch, friendly, helpful, kind and reassuring if you are nervous before the procedure. My experience with Dr. Bell was very positive. My hope is that he is still practicing for my five year follow-up appointment. A++++
Dr. Bell & Staff at Okatie Center gave excellent care during my recent colonoscopy. I was very impressed w/the conditions at the facility & w/the professional & caring attitudes displayed by all.
I had a colonoscopy with Dr Bell. He had a regime that allowed you to use over the counter products vs prescription meds...a HUGE savings. He talked to me before the procedure. I wasn't awake yet when he stopped to see me after the procedure. He called me to personally followup and let me know the test results. He had already spoken to my husband but wanted to talk directly. I appreciated his followup. I rate my experience high. He was caring, available and look at ways to reduce cost of care
Scheduled a routine colonoscopy with Dr. Bell's practice. The scheduling process and office efficiency was exceptionally smooth. Check-in and the patient care at Bluffton-Okatie Surgery Center was outstanding. Dr. Bell was clear and straightforward during his procedure out brief. I whole-heartedly recommend Dr. Bell and his practice for a professional care experience.
