Do not do business with this company. They quoted me a rate for a boat that was being built and when it was time to close the boat loan they changed the rate by 2.5 points. Luckily for me I had other alternatives and secured the same rate that was initially quoted through another lender.
I used the company once, worked with Chris - and was super pleased. I changed the amounts and then at last minute... made them rush the loan. Who knew they could close a loan in 3 days - WITH FIRM SIGNATURES... price was great, service spectacular, and they beat the other rates by 1.5+%.
