Dr. Silverman recently removed a piece of rusty metal from my 8 year old's eye. The time, care and compassion Dr. Silverman and his staff showed my son was exceptional.
Excellent staff and exceptional care by the physician. Dr, Silverman exudes a compassionate and welcoming aura.

Dr. Shane and her team made you feel welcome as soon as I walked in the office. They showed excellent professionalism and not to mention their bilingual Spanish staff (Yadira Dona). I will most definitely return to their office.
Complete waste of time, Dr Friedberg spent all of 3-4 minutes with me, he did not look at my medical history to see if that was the cause, he said get drops and gave me a script for glasses...
Dr Scott Silverman has been my eye doctor for years. He is an amazing doctor, always patient and kind. He never makes me feel like he is in a hurry to get me out of his office. Dr. Silverman always takes time to answer all of my questions. It is a pleasure to deal with his staff, from the people at the front desk to his staff in the back, especially Rhonda and Patti!! Dr. Silverman and his staff are awesome. We love the South Tamiami Tr office in Sarasota most of all, as we travel from Port Charlotte. It is a great chance to stop for lunch at one of the Amish restaurants on the way home off Bahia Vista. My two sons have been seen by Dr. Silverman since they were 7 months old. due to possible lazy eye. Dr. SIverman was able to resolve with a form of patch therapy and surgery was not needed do to catching a such a young pivotal age in development.
