Dr. Scott Silverman is an excellent Ophthalmologist. He has been wonderful and professional with my three children throughout the many years we have been seeing him for eye care.
I had my yearly eye exam today. I'm just impressed with how she explaines what's going on with my eyes in detail. Staff was also very joyful and was kind enough to give me sample of lubricant tears. I'm happy to be her patient and will continue to see her in a yearly bases.
Dr. Shane was highly recommended by my doctor up north, I've recently started having flashes of light and floaters. I was headed to Florida to visit and my ophthalmologist suggested I follow up in Florida. Anyway I had the pleasure to meet Dr. Shane and was pleased by how she explained the process of the floater and the cause of flashes I was expeierincing. I had retinal surgery with Dr. Shane for a wrinkle on my retina as she called it, some time ago. My vision was very poor due to this wrinkle, Dr. Shane recommended surgery at the time, surgery went very well. Months later my vision has significantly improved and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I'm very happy with Dr. Shane and her staff and I highly recommend her office.
I highly recommend Dr. Silverman and his staff. My experience with each of them was excellent and they took the time and energy to make my girls feel very comfortable.

I have been seen Dr. Shane for sometime now for macular degeneration, I've had numerous injections. From the very beginning, Dr. Shane explained my condition to me in a way that I easily understood. The treatment plan was discussed in detail and every time I have come in I have been made aware of any changes and improvement. Excellent Doctor! He is great with my kids and I highly recommend him! The staff is always a pleasure to deal with as well.
Dr. Silverman has been treating my children for the last four years. His office is truly a pediatric office. There's always a Disney movie playing in the lobby, and the movie is on in each exam room so the kids aren't upset about that transition. There are treats after each step of the exam. Dr. Silverman always gives the kids stickers after he examines them. Then there are treasure boxes in the dilating room and by the check-out desk.
