Dr. Silverman has been treating my children for the last four years. His office is truly a pediatric office. There's always a Disney movie playing in the lobby, and the movie is on in each exam room so the kids aren't upset about that transition. There are treats after each step of the exam. Dr. Silverman always gives the kids stickers after he examines them. Then there are treasure boxes in the dilating room and by the check-out desk. Dr. Silverman recently removed a piece of rusty metal from my 8 year old's eye. The time, care and compassion Dr. Silverman and his staff showed my son was exceptional.

Dr Scott Silverman has been my eye doctor for years. He is an amazing doctor, always patient and kind. He never makes me feel like he is in a hurry to get me out of his office. Dr. Silverman always takes time to answer all of my questions. It is a pleasure to deal with his staff, from the people at the front desk to his staff in the back, especially Rhonda and Patti!! Dr. Silverman and his staff are awesome. We love the South Tamiami Tr office in Sarasota most of all, as we travel from Port Charlotte. It is a great chance to stop for lunch at one of the Amish restaurants on the way home off Bahia Vista. My two sons have been seen by Dr. Silverman since they were 7 months old. due to possible lazy eye. Dr. SIverman was able to resolve with a form of patch therapy and surgery was not needed do to catching a such a young pivotal age in development. My daughter has been going to dr. Silverman for the past three years, the staff and dr are amazing and interact with my daughter amazingly and are a very knowledgeable office and we love having him as her dr. -
Dr. Silverman is simply fantastic. I have been bringing my daughter to see him for almost a decade now since her vision problems were first detected. He is WONDERFUL with children. His knowledge and expertise is derived from both excellent education and experience. His staff is wonderful.
We arrived 25 mins early since they just moved to a new location and we wanted to make sure we found the office before our appointment time. To our surprise we were taken back after only waiting 5 mins. Everyone is pleasant and the staff is always on top of things.
